Paws Out & About – Blog #34

Hello everyone…

Hope you’re all ok out there.

We’ve been keeping ourselves entertained in the garden with

1. running in and out of the flower beds

2. sunbathing on the carrots

3. chasing each other around the garden as many times as we can, until one of us gives up and goes indoors for a nap.

Human is a key worker and has been going to work very early, even before we’ve woken up from under our fleece blankets! Don’t worry we have Grandad Human to keep an eye on us. Don’t think he’s very impressed that we follow him everywhere outside. He gets fed up of turning around and we’re there just there staring at him! (Please note that this is a very good ploy to get a handful of Pero training treats between us).

Remember the potatoes that our small human planted, well they’re ready to eat. Human left a few boiled ones on the side for us to have sliced with our Pero biscuits and half a small tin of garden peas….very tasty.

We have to admit that our Pero biscuit tree hasn’t grown at all. It may be that it was mixed in with the carrot seeds. Plus we’ve been lying on the carrots because it’s a sun trap.

Do you like my new t-shirt? The small human decided I needed some sort of sun protection, so I’ve been wearing this when out and about in the garden. It’s that time of the year too when we all get sprayed in All Natural Pet lemon flea spray. This happens every couple of months especially when it’s hot. Cats hate it…but they do smell very citrusy afterwards!

Did you see the difference on the about of litter on the roads and grass verges during the first weeks of lookdown, sadly it’s got worse in Llanberis over the last 2 weeks or so. Llanberis Tidy Village litter-picking group (which were part of,) have had their work cut out trying to litter-pick as an individual/couple without a group. Some photos were featured on the BBC Wales web page. We can’t wait to join them again as we live outside the 5mile radius of the village.

Keep safe humans and please post photos of your pets enjoying Pero biscuits on their Facebook page as we’d really love to see who’s out there and where you’re from.
